Return\Refund Policies

Customers right to return goods

BPG Electrical has no obligation to exchanging or refunding goods where it is illegally required to do so.

Customer has the right to return the goods purchased within 7 days after the date of receipt of the goods and obtain a full refund for those goods provided that you meet all the requirements for refund.

Where the goods have already been delivered to you, you will be liable for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

All items are subject to 10% handling fees upon return of goods and 3% fee will be charged on items paid by bank card

Special Orders will not be returned.

Products on promotions and sales will not be returned after 3 days.

Please note that in order to obtain a full refund,

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive a notice of cancellation within 7 days of your receipt of the goods.
  • You must cancel the transaction by submitting an application online for returns or email all the required documents to sales@bpgelectrical.com .
  • The goods must be in the original packaging and unused, not damaged and in a resalable condition.
  • You will need to arrange the return of the goods to us and you will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us.


Please note that:

  1. Products will need to be inspected and tested before a replacement or refund will be offered.

  2. Products damaged due to inappropriate use will not be covered under this return policy.

  3. Further, no credit will be issued on product(s) found to be damaged or where the product was tempered with or altered.

  4. If the return is being made because of defective material depending on the outcome of our inspection, credit will be issued to cover the cost of the products and the delivery charges.

  5. If our inspection and testing determines that the return products are not defective, then a handling fee will be charged.

Incorrect product delivered:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the goods ordered are correct and appropriate for its intended use and or application.
  • If the incorrect product has been delivered to you by mistake, please do not remove the product from its original packaging, open or use the product in any way.
  • Please promptly email sales@bpgelectrical.com to notify us so that we can resolve the mistake by arranging to collect the incorrect product from you and deliver the correct item.


Please note that under no circumstances can we accept any responsibility or liability for late or delayed exchanges or returns.

  • No returns will be considered of any cable which has been cut to the customer’s specifications.
  • You refund will be reimbursed in the same manner that payment was taken.
